  • A student member shall be those enrolled in an accredited and approved training program leading to successful completion of the Entry to Practice Exam.

Requirement for student membership

  • Complete NBSMLT Initial Application Form (if registered with CSMLS please provide  your CSMLS #)

  • There is no fee
  • You only need to apply once for the entire program, unless your anticipated program completion date has changed.
  • Your name is added to the student roster when complete
  • As a member, you are entitled to receive our monthly newsletter which contains important information about your profession
  • You may also attend our AGM as a non-voting member and are eligible for NBSMLT-funded scholastic awards.
  • Student membership expires after successful completion of college MLT program.
