AGM INVITATION
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all members of the NBSMLT to join us at our virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held at 7pm on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 via GoToWebinar.
The AGM is free and open for any registered member to attend. Only members registered as practicing will have the right to vote. Click here to register.
It is my hope that many of our members will be in attendance to remain abreast of society news, to vote on the topics at hand and to join us in recognizing the outstanding contribution of one of our registrants through the presentation of the Anita Lindsay award.
The board is seeking approval for the following motions at the meeting:
• 2022 Annual Report and 2022 Financial Statement (Posted on our website)
• 2025 Membership Dues Increase (More details to come)
• Appointment of 2024 financial auditors – (Teed Saunders Doyle)
